This fee policy governs the registration, examination, certification, and renewal process for the credential of Registered Dietitian / Nutritionist (RDN).
1. Registration & Examination Fee
The RDN credential follows a two-step fee structure:
a) Application & Scrutiny Fee
- Amount: PKR 2,000
- Payable at: Time of application submission
- Nature: Non-refundable
This fee covers document verification, eligibility assessment, and administrative processing.
b) Examination & Certification Fee
- Amount: PKR 13,000
- Payable: Only after eligibility approval
- Nature: Non-refundable
This fee covers examination conduct, evaluation, certification issuance, and registration record maintenance.
Total Fee: PKR 15,000
2. Renewal Fee
- Validity of RDN Credential: 3 Years
- Renewal Fee: PKR 5,000 – 7,000
(as notified at the time of renewal)
Renewal confirms continued registration status subject to policy requirements.
3. Refund Policy
- The Application & Scrutiny Fee is strictly non-refundable.
- The Examination & Certification Fee is also non-refundable once paid.
- No refund shall be provided in cases of:
- Application rejection
- Candidate withdrawal
- Absence from examination
- Failure to pass the examination
- Submission of incorrect or misleading information
4. General Conditions
- Fees are non-transferable.
- Fee amounts are subject to revision by the Board with prior notice.
- Payment deadlines must be strictly followed to avoid cancellation of candidature.
