Makes the scrambled verification link (and its QR code) for a certificate. When someone scans the QR, the verification page fills in the details and searches by itself.
Keep this file private. It runs only on this computer, nothing is uploaded anywhere, and it holds the link key. Do not publish it on the website.

One certificate
Print the QR at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) wide, with a clear white border around it, and scan it with a phone before printing a batch.
Many certificates
In the sheet, select the two columns (full name and certificate number), copy them, and paste here. One certificate per line. A heading row is skipped by itself.
